Nursery Applications

Children will be eligible for a place in the Nursery the term after they are three.

We ask you to download and complete the school application form below and return it to the school office with a copy of your child’s birth certificate, child’s baptismcertificate and evidence of residence – this must be a current Council Tax statement, Council Tax Benefit letter or HM Revenue & Customs letter showing your present address. You may bring these to the school for photocopying.

The Nursery times are:     A.M. – 8.30am to 11.30am         Or                 P.M. – 12.15pm to 3.15pm

Please note this application is for a place in the Nursery. If you wish for your child to be considered for a place in the Reception class, you will need complete a “Common Application Form” supplied by Greenwich Council and as we are a Voluntary Aided school our parent information form also. Both need to be submitted by the closing date as stated on the Greenwich form.

Reception Admissions

Parents wishing to be considered for a Voluntary aided school, as we are, must download and complete the schools supplementary form below and return it to the school with your child’s full Birth certificate, Child’s Baptism Certificate also evidence of residence – this may be a current Council Tax statement, Council Tax Benefit letter or HM Revenue & Customs letter showing your address. You may bring these to the school for photocopying.

Following the new procedure in applying for a place in any Primary school, you must complete an application form from the borough in which you live, even if your school preferences are out of that borough. These can be completed online or paper copies of the application form can be obtained, in the case of Royal Greenwich residents by calling 0208 921 8043. For Bexley residents you can collect a copy of the Bexley Booklet and application form from any Bexley Primary school.

The closing date for all applications is 15thJanuary 2015.

Failure to complete both forms may result in your child not being offered a place in a Greenwich School.

Parents wishing to be considered for a Voluntary aided school, as we are, must download and complete the schools supplementary form from below and return it to the school, along with your child’s full Birth certificate, Child’s Baptism Certificate also evidence of residence – this should be either a current Council Tax statement, Council Tax Benefit letter or HM Revenue &Customs letter showing your address.  Please bring these to the school where they will be photocopied and returned to you.
