At St Thomas a Becket RC Primary School, our Catholic faith is at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the Gospel values of faith, love, service and courage, we celebrate the unique gifts of every child and encourage them to become the very best version of themselves.

We are a warm, inclusive community where every child is valued, respected and nurtured. Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, we welcome families from all faith backgrounds and none who wish their children to learn and grow in a caring Christian environment.

Educating the Whole Child

Our aim is to educate the whole child, supporting their academic, spiritual, social, emotional and physical development. We provide a safe and happy environment where children are challenged to achieve their potential, develop confidence and resilience, and grow into compassionate, responsible members of society.

Through a broad and enriching curriculum, we encourage every child to flourish academically, socially and spiritually, recognising and celebrating their uniqueness as a child of God.

Working Together

Working in partnership with families, our parish and the wider community, we help children discover their talents, deepen their understanding of the world and develop a sense of purpose, service and respect for others.

As part of the Parish of St David's, Abbey Wood, we enjoy strong links with our parish community and work closely with families to support children in their faith journey and personal development. Together, we strive to create a community where every child feels a true sense of belonging, achievement and hope for the future.
